From June 1st 2026 Supbox subscribers will get access to a fresh 6-week workout plan every month as part of their subscription.


From chest pumpathon to Jelly Legs vs Stairs workout plans targeting different muscle groups and training styles, these structured plans are designed to help subscribers train with more purpose while putting the products inside their box to the test.


Each plan is simple to follow, built for real gym sessions and delivered digitally after subscribing. Giving members an extra layer of value beyond just discovering new supplements.


The goal is simple: help Supboxers discover new products while actually putting them to use.


To access the monthly workout plans, all you need to do is become a Supbox subscriber. Once subscribed, workout plans will be delivered automatically as part of the Supbox experience.
