Last weekend, we packed up the car again, filled it with boxes, samples, banners, and probably far too many energy drinks, before making the trip to LIFT Events at Body Tech Winsford.
If you've never been to a LIFT event before, imagine a gym packed with bodybuilders, powerlifters, fitness enthusiasts, supplement brands, and some of the biggest names in the industry, all under one roof. It's the kind of place where you'll find someone deadlifting 300kg in one corner while someone else is queuing to meet a fitness icon in another.
One of the highlights of the day was meeting three time Mr Olympia Men's Physique champion Ryan Terry, who stopped by our stand for a chat and a photo. Seeing someone who's inspired so many people in the fitness world taking an interest in what we're building was a pretty surreal moment.
More importantly though, we spent the day doing what we enjoy most, talking to people.

We had loads of great conversations with gym goers who all seemed to share the same frustration. Wasting money on supplements they've never tried before, only to find they don't like the taste or they simply don't work for them. It was reassuring for us to hear just how common that problem is, because it's exactly why we built Supbox.
It wasn't just the people either. We also met some cool brands, caught up with familiar faces, made new connections, and shared ideas with people who are just as passionate about growing the fitness industry as we are. Events like this remind us that behind every product is a person with a story, and behind every brand is a team trying to build something meaningful.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our stand, grabbed some samples, scanned our QR code, or simply came over for a chat. Every conversation helps shape what Supbox becomes. We love hearing what people have to say.
We'll definitely be back for more events like this. They're a great reminder that the fitness community is built on more than training, it's built on people.
(Although next time we'll remember to pack even more samples... apparently free creatine disappears faster than we expected!)
