Shipping Policy
At Supbox, we move fast. Just like your pre-workout kicking in.
Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your box of goods delivered.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Once your order’s shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your Supbox all the way to your door.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
We currently ship across the UK using trusted courier partners.

We currently use DPD Next Day Tracked which costs £3.95 unless affected by a special promotion.
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, product launches, or promotional events. We’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.
International Shipping
We’re working on it. For now, Supbox ships within the UK only, but international exploration is coming soon.
Tracking Your Order
All orders come with tracking links sent via email & Text message by DPD once dispatched.
Didn’t get your tracking info? Drop us a message at support@supbox.co.uk and we’ll send it over faster than Broc finishes a protein shake.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your delivery hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

Double-check your tracking link.

Confirm your delivery address was entered correctly.

Contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.
Once the courier completes their investigation, we’ll update you on the outcome, and depending on the result, you may or may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout, we can’t redirect parcels once they’re dispatched.

Supbox isn’t responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, or events outside our control (but we’ll always do what we can to help).
