Returns & Refund Policy

At Supbox, we’re committed to delivering good energy. From our boxes to our service. If something doesn’t go as planned, here’s how we handle it.
Returns for Unopened Boxes
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return any unopened Supbox within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
Simply email us at support@supbox.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once we’ve received and inspected the returned box and we can see the box hasn't been tampered with, we’ll process your refund or send out a new one, whichever you prefer.
Please note:

Clearance boxes and giveaway boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable.

The item must be unopened and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless there’s an issue caused by Supbox.
Opened Boxes
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for boxes that have been opened or partially consumed, unless there is clear evidence of damage or poor condition upon arrival.
If that happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details, and our team will resolve it quickly.
Lost or Missing Boxes
If your box goes missing due to courier issues, our team will launch an investigation through the courier service.
Once the investigation is complete, we’ll update you on the outcome. Depending on the findings, you may or may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
We take every step to ensure your delivery arrives safely, but final decisions will depend on the courier’s investigation results.

Include your name, order number, and any photos or details related to the issue. Our team will respond within 2–3 working days.
