New Skill Unlocked: Skill Nutrition Has Landed 🔓

We’ve officially added Skill Nutrition to Supbox. A sports nutrition brand focused on helping active people push harder, recover properly and get more from their training.

Their range is built around straightforward performance products, and we’ve brought in three solid ways to put them to the test:

Whey Protein Single-serving milkshake style whey sachets made with WPC 80, available in flavours including Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate and Salted Caramel. Depending on the flavour, each serving delivers around 22–23g of protein.

EAA + Electrolytes Built for training, cardio and long days when plain water has lost the will to live. Each serving provides 6.5g of essential amino acids, including 3.8g of BCAAs, alongside 1,000mg of L-glutamine and electrolytes.

Skill Pre-Workout A high-stim pre-workout range featuring 300mg of caffeine per full serving, plus ingredients such as beta-alanine, creatine, citrulline malate, taurine and tyrosine. In other words: probably not the sachet to open before a relaxing 10pm mobility session.

Skill Nutrition says its formulas are developed with input from pharmacy and sports-nutrition specialists, using tested ingredients for people chasing progress in the gym, sport and everyday life.
