Gym Drop Rules & Safety
By taking part in a Supbox Gym Drop, you agree to follow these rules and take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others.
1. Find it safely
Gym Drops are meant to be fun, not an Olympic event.
Do not run, climb, enter restricted areas, interfere with gym equipment, disrupt other gym users or do anything unsafe while searching for a Gym Drop.
2. Normal gym rules still apply
You must follow all rules, instructions and membership requirements of the participating gym at all times. Taking part in Gym Drop does not give you permission to access areas you would not normally be allowed to enter.
3. Don't be a dcik
No pushing, fighting, intimidating other participants, damaging property or interfering with someone who has already found the package. If someone gets there first, they got there first.
4. Found it? It's yours
Unless otherwise stated for a particular Drop, the first eligible person to legitimately find and take possession of the Gym Drop package may keep its contents. One package means one winner.
5. Products & allergens
Gym Drop packages contains food, drinks, sports nutrition products and dietary supplements from multiple brands. Products may contain or have been manufactured in environments containing allergens, including milk, gluten, nuts, peanuts, soya, eggs and other allergens.
Always read the individual product packaging, ingredients, allergen information, warnings, serving instructions and expiry/best-before information before consuming anything. Prepacked food products carry allergen information on their packaging.
If you have an allergy, intolerance, medical concern, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, do not consume it without first obtaining appropriate professional advice.
Products included in Gym Drops are generally manufactured and packaged by third-party brands. Supbox does not manufacture those products unless expressly stated. Ingredients, allergen information, nutritional information, usage instructions and warnings on the manufacturer's packaging should always be treated as the authoritative product information.
6. Supplements aren't sweets
Follow the manufacturer's recommended serving sizes and usage instructions. Do not exceed the stated recommended intake. Some products may contain caffeine or other active ingredients and may not be suitable for everyone.
7. Check before you consume
Gym Drop packages may be temporarily left unattended after placement. Before consuming any item, check that the outer packaging and individual product packaging are intact and show no signs of damage, opening or tampering. If you are unsure about the condition of any item, do not consume it and contact Supbox.
8. Participation & responsibility
Participation is entirely voluntary. You are responsible for deciding whether it is safe and appropriate for you to take part and for complying with all gym rules, staff instructions and these Gym Drop rules.
Supbox is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, costs or expenses resulting from a participant's own actions, failure to follow these rules, misuse of a product, disregard of product warnings or instructions, or conduct of third parties, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by Supbox's negligence.
Supbox does not reimburse travel, parking, gym membership, entry fees or any other costs incurred while attempting to find a Gym Drop. Finding a Drop is not guaranteed.
Clues are provided for entertainment and guidance only. A Gym Drop may be found before you arrive, relocated or removed where necessary. Supbox does not guarantee that a package will remain available for any particular period.
9. The gym isn't the organiser
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Supbox operates the Gym Drop promotion. Participating gyms provide permission for the Drop but are not responsible for administering the promotion or determining the winner.
10. Changes & cancellations
Supbox may relocate, postpone, cancel or end a Gym Drop where reasonably necessary, including for safety, security, operational reasons or circumstances outside our control.
11. Eligibility
Participants must be aged 18 or over unless a particular Gym Drop expressly states otherwise.
12. Be cool about it
Gym Drop is supposed to make going to the gym a little more interesting. Search safely, respect the gym, respect everyone else and don't ruin it for everyone.
